The above information proves that, they are scam.
1. Why their target on Bangladesh?
2. For activating your account you have to pay them.
3. Visitors only visiting their home page only and quit very fast.
4. Their whois information is : They registered on GoDaddy (cheap domain registration and hosting service).
5. Their site loading time is very slow.
